As a higher education professional for the last 20 years, I have built an extensive network of community partners; created process improvement opportunities; managed diverse departments (Records; Admissions; Student Services, International) at the same time; introduced innovative approaches to routine functions; planned/coordinated large graduation events in Phoenix, China and India.

Affectionately known as the Implementer in several circles, I always relished the opportunity to be a proactive administrative leader in whatever department I was fortunate to serve e.g. records, alumni, career services, admissions or outreach departments.
